For purchased raw materials, we have dedicated IQC inspectors to inspect each batch of raw materials, and if unqualified products are found, it is necessary to fill in the unqualified product supervision and examination form (including product name, specification, material number, quantity, defective conditions, etc.); In addition, our instruments and equipment will be regularly maintained, and a maintenance plan will be formulated; in order to make employees understand the correct method of use, as well as the implementation of maintenance and calibration work, we will arrange training. Products must pass through the OQC department before shipment. When defective products occur, an abnormal report will be sent to the relevant department in time. After the qualified products are inspected, the documents for recording and inspecting the products must be filled in to ensure the final quality of the products.
